Company Description We re Nagarro We are a Digital Product Engineering company that is scaling in a big way We build products services and experiences that inspire excite and delight We work at scale across all devices and digital mediums and our people exist everywhere in the world 17500 experts across 39 countries to be exact Our work culture is dynamic and non-hierarchical We re looking for great new colleagues That s where you come in REQUIREMENTS Total experience 13 years Strong professional experience in contract compliance legal governance or risk management Proven track record of working with global legal teams and cross-functional stakeholders Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks internal audits and governance practices Familiarity with ESG data security HR policies and financial compliance processes Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment Experience in a global corporate environment with exposure to multi-jurisdictional compliance practices Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with the Global Legal Team to interpret implement and monitor contract compliance requirements Partner with cross-functional teams including Internal Audit Inspire Finance HR ESG Security and TAP to ensure compliance frameworks are aligned with organizational policies and regulations Develop and implement compliance monitoring mechanisms reporting structures and risk mitigation strategies Drive awareness and training programs to embed compliance culture across the organization Support audits investigations and assessments related to contract compliance Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership on compliance risks findings and improvements Ensure compliance practices meet both global and regional regulatory requirements Qualifications Bachelor s or master s degree in LLM LLB
