About Us Visit: www.homelandinvestment.in Position Summary We are seeking a Business Development Intern to support our investor outreach and growth initiatives. This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with the founding team, gain valuable experience, and contribute to key business objectives. Key Responsibilities - Conduct investor outreach exclusively through LinkedIn - Identify and engage with potential investors and high-value prospects - Assist in lead generation and business development campaigns - Work collaboratively with the team to drive growth and engagement - Learn and apply best practices in investor relations and outreach strategies Commitment - 1015 hours per week - Flexible schedule with a focus on results rather than time spent Compensation - 2,000/month (base stipend) - Incentives: 1,000 per qualified investor lead - Performance bonus: Earn an additional 5,000 upon achieving 5L+ in AUM in a single month - Exceptional performers may be considered for leadership roles within the BD team Candidate Profile - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - Strong sense of ownership and accountability - Ability to independently identify and solve problems - Interest in finance, startups, or high-performance environments Application Process Interested candidates are requested to apply through the following form: https://forms.gle/49rJdepEGG9d2nxE7 Applications sent via direct messages will not be considered.
