1. Qualification & Experience ;- Candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university. Should possess a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in managing labour law compliance, preferably in a IT/ITES establishment.
2. Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)
- Licensing & Registration Compliance: Ensure timely procurement and renewal of statutory registrations and licenses under applicable labour laws, including but not limited to:
- Shops & Establishments Registration Certificate (S&E RC)
- Contract Labour Regulation and Abolition Registration Certificate (CLRA RC)
- Employees' State Insurance Registration Certificate (ESI RC)
- Liaisoning with Authorities: Maintain effective communication and coordination with government bodies, especially Labour Departments and ESI Authorities, to ensure smooth compliance and resolution of issues.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to labour law compliance.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory returns and documentation.
3. Skills & Competencies
- Communication Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Hindi (reading and writing) is essential.
- Excellent English drafting skills for preparing legal documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Interpersonal Skills:
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
