Key Responsibilities - Evaluate AI-generated written content for clarity, coherence, tone, and adherence to predefined guidelines. - Execute both scripted and exploratory tests to thoroughly analyze model responses. - Apply established labeling and evaluation frameworks with precision and attention to detail. - Document patterns, trends, and detailed observations to support ongoing research. - Maintain impartiality and confidentiality while handling sensitive or complex subject matter. - Collaborate in calibration sessions to ensure consistency across the evaluation team. - Contribute proactively to team discussions and process improvements. Required Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or final-year student in Journalism, Media Studies, Communications, English Literature, or a related discipline. - Exceptional command of written and spoken English, with strong comprehension skills. - Proven ability to analyze media messaging and assess audience impact objectively. - Meticulous attention to detail, with strong analytical and critical reading abilities. - Demonstrated experience in applying structured evaluation criteria or frameworks. - Capacity to remain neutral and unbiased when reviewing a wide array of topics, including sensitive content. - Effective verbal and written communication skills, with a genuine commitment to thoughtful, clear expression. Preferred Qualifications - Prior experience working in editorial, content moderation, or media evaluation roles. - Familiarity with research methodologies or content analysis tools. - Interest in the evolving intersection of AI and digital media.
