We're seeking an expert in AI-generated content evaluation.The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and evaluative skills, with a good understanding of cultural nuances, slang, and context-dependent expressions. They should be proficient in both English and Tamil, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in content writing, moderation, linguistic evaluation, or similar domains.The successful candidate will evaluate AI model outputs in Tamil, identify and flag toxic or harmful content, compare model responses, and provide performance assessments. They must classify the type and severity of toxicity and provide brief explanations for flagged items where required.Key Responsibilities:Evaluate AI model outputs in TamilIdentify and flag toxic, harmful or hate-based content, including subtle or context-dependent casesCompare model responses and provide performance assessments based on predefined criteriaClassify the type and severity of toxicity, e.g. hate speech, harassment, abusive languageProvide brief explanations for flagged items where required
