About Company This company operates as a subsidiary of a prominent Indian multinational corporation and has established itself as a leading player in the renewable energy sector within India With a dedicated focus on the development ownership and operation of a diverse portfolio of renewable energy projects the company excels in harnessing sustainable power sources such as solar energy wind power and innovative hybrid systems that combine multiple renewable technologies Beyond large-scale energy generation the company is committed to delivering comprehensive green energy solutions tailored for both rural and urban communities These solutions include the installation and maintenance of solar rooftop systems which enable homes and businesses to generate clean electricity on-site as well as solar-powered pump systems that support agricultural and water management needs in off-grid or remote areas An Ideal Candidate We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our solar and wind project as SAP Procurement Specialists Candidates should hold a B E or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and have 2-3 years of experience in end-to-end procurement of materials equipment and services for solar projects using the SAP MM module Key Competencies Manage the end-to-end procurement of materials equipment and services for solar projects using the SAP MM module Create and process purchase requisitions PRs purchase orders POs service entries and goods receipts within SAP Identify evaluate and negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery Coordinate with engineering planning and site teams to understand procurement requirements Maintain the vendor database and oversee vendor registration onboarding and evaluation processes in SAP Track material movement inventory levels and perform stock reconciliations in SAP Ensure compliance with company policies contracts and quality standards Prepare and present MIS reports including PR PO status delivery schedules and cost analysis Support logistics coordination to guarantee timely delivery to project sites
