They are expanding their operations across packaging solutions Job Description - Oversee daily operations in the corrugated box manufacturing unit. - Develop and implement production schedules to meet client requirements. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. - Optimise resource allocation to improve efficiency and reduce waste. - Monitor production quality and address any issues promptly. - Collaborate with the engineering team to maintain and improve machinery performance. - Train and manage a team to achieve operational goals effectively. - Prepare reports and analyse data to drive process improvements. The Successful Applicant - 10-18 years of experience leading plant operations - At least 5 years of experience in a leadership level position - Only candidates heading operations for corrugated box plants will be considered - Should speak Tamil fluently - Well versed with the South Indian Packaging industry What's on Offer - Competitive salary package. - Opportunity to lead plant operations in it's nascent stage
