Job Title Business Development Executive BDE Real EstateLocation Gurugram IndiaExperience 1-4 years in real estate sales or business developmentSalary Rs 25-30k per month incentives based on performanceJob Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive BDE to join our real estate team in Gurugram The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads building client relationships and driving sales for residential and commercial real estate projects The role requires excellent communication skills negotiation abilities and a passion for the real estate industry Key Responsibilities Lead Generation Sales Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling networking and digital marketing campaigns Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their property requirements and provide suitable solutions Site Visits Presentations Arrange and conduct property site visits with clients providing them with insights on project features pricing and benefits Market Research Analysis Stay updated on real estate trends pricing and competitor activities in the Gurugram market Negotiation Closure Effectively negotiate deals and close transactions while ensuring customer satisfaction Coordination with Developers Brokers Collaborate with real estate developers channel partners and brokers to source property listings and enhance sales opportunities Follow-ups Documentation Maintain proper records of client interactions follow up on leads and assist in completing necessary documentation for property transactions Meeting Targets The candidate has to achiveve the performance targets set by the management Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Real Estate or a related field 1-4 years of experience in real estate sales or business development Strong communication persuasion and networking skills Ability to work independently and meet sales targets Knowledge of the Gurugram real estate market is an advantage Proficiency in MS Office CRM tools and digital marketing platforms Willingness to travel within the city for client meetings and site visits Benefits Competitive salary with attractive performance-based incentives Opportunity to work with a reputed real estate firm in Gurugram Career growth opportunities in a fast-paced and dynamic industry Training and support to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge Working Days - Six Including Weekends One weekly off
