The Assistant Sales Manager in the real estate industry provides support to the Sales Manager by assisting in the coordination and management of the sales team and their activities. This role involves assisting in achieving sales targets, implementing sales strategies, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. The Assistant Sales Manager will collaborate closely with the sales team, clients, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and successful sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support Sales Manager: Assist the Sales Manager in the development and implementation of sales strategies, objectives, and targets. Provide input on sales initiatives and help in formulating sales plans.
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Track sales team performance against targets and report to the Sales Manager. Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
- Market Research: Stay updated on the real estate market trends, competitors, and industry developments. Conduct market research to identify potential leads, new opportunities, and emerging market segments.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
