Performance and strategy - Achieve business targets for the cluster, including CASA, assets, fee-based products, and merchant acquisition. - Analyze data and market trends to develop and implement strategies for business growth. - Drive performance and productivity improvements across all branches in the cluster. - Ensure high-quality customer service is delivered at all branches.
