Video Editor Experience - 2+ Years Location - Salisbury Park, Pune CTC - 3 LPA to 3.6 LPA Department: Post-Production Employment Type: Full-Time - About Bandish Studios: Bandish Studios is a creative production house specializing in films, advertising, digital content, and post-production. We believe in storytelling through visuals that inspire, engage, and connect audiences with powerful narratives. - Role Overview: We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our post-production team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of timing, visual storytelling, and the ability to transform raw footage into polished and engaging content that aligns with the brand's creative vision. - Key Responsibilities: - Edit videos for films, commercials, social media, and brand campaigns. - Collaborate closely with directors, cinematographers, and motion graphic artists to ensure creative alignment. - Select and organize footage, apply transitions, effects, and color grading. - Sync audio, music, and dialogues seamlessly. - Ensure consistency in style, tone, and pacing across projects. - Stay updated with current editing trends and techniques. - Manage project timelines and deliver edits within deadlines. - Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Video Editor in a production or creative agency. - Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve. - Basic knowledge of After Effects for motion graphics is an advantage. - Strong understanding of visual composition, storytelling, and pacing. - Attention to detail, creativity, and a collaborative attitude. - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. - Education & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communication, or a related field (preferred). - 2-3 years of relevant experience in video editing. - What We Offer: - A creative and collaborative work environment. - Opportunity to work on diverse projects across multiple media platforms. - Growth and learning opportunities within a dynamic team.
