Job Description Company: UnikBrushes Location: Remote (Work from Home/Anywhere) Job Title: Video Editor Type: Full-Time Experience required: 2-3 years We're looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our fast-growing global team at UnikBrushes. If you can combine storytelling, editing precision, and creativity to produce videos that stand out online, this role is for you. About the Role This is a full-time remote position with flexible working hours. No fixed 9 to 5 schedule. You'll work closely with our social media marketing manager to create impactful video content for diverse clients and industries. Key Responsibilities - Produce high-quality, engaging, and viral-ready videos for social media platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Facebook, etc.). - Collaborate with our social media marketer to plan and deliver video content aligned with each client's marketing goals. - Create brand promos, explainer videos, and short-form ad creatives that feel polished, corporate, and visually captivating. - Create viral meme-style reels and culturally relevant edits that align with each brand's tone. - Use AI tools such as Sora, Veo 3, Runway, Ideogram, Pika Labs, Midjourney, and Canva AI to generate visuals and speed up production. - Add motion graphics, transitions, captions, and sound design to enhance storytelling and viewer retention. - Adapt and repurpose videos for different social platforms while maintaining consistent brand identity. - Collaborate proactively, communicate clearly, and stay accountable since we're a fully remote team. - Keep up with AI trends, editing styles, and social media algorithms that drive engagement. Important Note As most of our clients are in specialized niches, raw footage may not always be provided. You should be capable of sourcing visuals, creating AI-generated clips, and assembling content creatively. If a client provides raw footage, we'll share it but in most cases, you'll be building high-quality edits from creative assets, stock, or AI visuals. Bonus Points - Experience working with US-based clients or international brands is a strong advantage. - Ability to design Instagram static and carousel posts using tools like Photoshop, Canva, or Figma. - Familiarity with brand storytelling and marketing strategy will be an added edge. Required Skills & Experience - 23+ years of proven experience in professional video editing. - Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition, and Media Encoder. - Strong sense of visual storytelling, motion graphics, typography, and color grading. - Knowledge of sound mixing, masking, and keyframing. - Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.
