Assistant Manager – Recruitment (Kochi) Pan-India Recruitment Firm We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager – Recruitment with strong expertise in end-to-end hiring and client management. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in managing recruitment cycles across India and handling both IT and Non-IT mandates. Key Responsibilities - Manage full-cycle recruitment for Pan-India roles - Source, screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates using multiple hiring platforms - Handle IT & Non-IT recruitment mandates independently - Drive new client acquisition and support business development activities - Build and maintain strong client relationships - Coordinate interviews, feedback, and closure processes efficiently - Maintain updated recruitment reports and ensure timely delivery Key Requirements - Proven experience in Pan-India hiring - Strong track record in IT & Non-IT recruitment - Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, and major recruitment portals - Ability to manage sourcing, screening, client coordination, and closures end-to-end - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills Location Kochi, Kerala
