Assistant Manager – Recruitment (Kochi) Pan-India Recruitment Firm We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager – Recruitment with strong expertise in end-to-end hiring and client management. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in managing recruitment cycles across India and handling both IT and Non-IT mandates. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for Pan-India roles Source, screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates using multiple hiring platforms Handle IT & Non-IT recruitment mandates independently Drive new client acquisition and support business development activities Build and maintain strong client relationships Coordinate interviews, feedback, and closure processes efficiently Maintain updated recruitment reports and ensure timely delivery Key Requirements Proven experience in Pan-India hiring Strong track record in IT & Non-IT recruitment Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, and major recruitment portals Ability to manage sourcing, screening, client coordination, and closures end-to-end Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills Location Kochi, Kerala
