Job Description

Key Objective / Purpose of the Job:

The incumbent will be responsible for:

1. Conceiving and implementing concepts, guidelines, and strategies for various creative projects and overseeing them to completion.
2. Strong branding and brand storytelling, particularly on social platforms.
3. Producing creative ideas for digital campaigns and individual communication pieces, such as emailers and banners.
4. Leading the development of static creatives for performance marketing campaigns.
5. Writing and guiding others in producing clear, engaging copy/scripts for various formats, including websites, blogs, social media, and digital platforms.
6. Collaborating with writers, designers, and account managers to deliver high-quality, award-worthy work.
7. Overseeing video production, including expertise in 2D/3D animation, stop motion, and motion graphics.
8. Driving brainstorming sessions and providing feedback to refine content and creative outputs.
9. Monitoring project results and proposing strategies for future improvements.
10. Managing multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
11. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, and understanding short-format social videos (3 sec, 6 sec, etc.).
