Join our dynamic team in Chennai (Onsite | Night Shift) and be part of an exciting journey connecting top tech talent with leading US clients Role: US IT Recruiter Experience: 2–5 Years Timings: 7 PM – 4 AM IST Location: Chennai (Onsite) Walk-in Interview Job Description About the Role We’re looking for a US IT Recruiter with 2–5 years of experience. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a solid track record of sourcing top IT talent across the US. You’ll work with a collaborative team at Galent to drive real business results using cutting-edge technology. Responsibilities • Understand job requirements from the client and identify suitable candidates. • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other professional networks. • Screen and evaluate candidates based on required skill sets and experience. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. • Maintain and update internal database and trackers. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. • Learn and adapt to various sourcing tools and techniques. Requirements • 0 to 5 years in US IT recruitment. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Basic understanding of IT technologies (preferred, but not mandatory). • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. • Good interpersonal and coordination skills. • Willingness to work in the US shift/night shift. Nice to Have • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. • 2–5 year of experience (freshers are welcome). Why Join Us?
