Experience Required: 10 + years

Education:MBA or equivalent in HR (SAP SuccessFactors or Audit Certifications are a plus)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute HR process auditsin alignment with organizational compliance and governance standards.
- UtilizeSAP SuccessFactorsto perform data-driven audits and HR process reviews, ensuring at least2+ years of hands-on experiencewith the platform.
- Identify process gaps, risks, and improvementopportunities within HR operations and shared services.
- Act as bothauditor and auditee, with proven experience conducting and facing audits for organizations with an employee base of10,000+.
- Develop and maintain comprehensiveaudit documentationand reports.
- Liaise effectively withmultiple internal and external stakeholders, including HR, finance, compliance, and senior leadership teams.
- Ensure alignment of shared services HR processes with company policies, legal regulations, and best practices.
- Contribute to audit readiness and internal/external audit compliance across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 10+ yearsof experience in HR Process Audit & Governance.
- Minimum2 years of SAP SuccessFactorsexperience specifically related to HR process audits.
- Demonstrated experience working within aShared Services environment, preferably in mid-to-large enterprises.
- Stronganalytical mindsetwith hands-on audit execution experience.
- Proven ability to managecross-functional communicationand stakeholder engagement effectively.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- SAP SuccessFactors Certification.
- Audit-related certifications (e.g., ISO Auditor, CIA, etc.).
- Experience with global shared services or multinational corporate environments.
