Job Title Maintenance Technician Company Act Plast Paints Pvt Ltd Location Ezhichur Oragadam Job Type Full-time Salary 15 000 - 25 000 per month based on experience Benefits Bonus Food and Transport from Kanchipuram Padappai About Us Act Plast Paints Pvt Ltd is a leading manufacturer of high-quality plastic and electroplating products We are committed to providing excellent products and services and we re looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our growing team in Ezhichur Oragadam Job Responsibilities As a Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all electrical machine and electroplating maintenance functions within the plant Your duties will include but are not limited to Electrical Maintenance Perform regular checks on electrical systems and troubleshoot faults Ensure electrical equipment and systems comply with safety standards Handle installations and repairs of electrical components systems and equipment Machine Maintenance Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery to ensure smooth and efficient operation Troubleshoot and repair production machines and equipment when needed Ensure machinery is working within the required specifications Electroplating Maintenance Maintain and repair electroplating equipment to ensure consistent production quality Ensure electroplating processes are running efficiently and meet company standards Perform regular checks and repairs of electroplating baths anodes and other related equipment General Maintenance Tasks Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks Record and document all maintenance work carried out including updates on machinery electrical systems and electroplating processes Coordinate with other departments to ensure minimal production downtime during maintenance activities Maintain a clean and safe work environment ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations Key Requirements Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical machine and electroplating maintenance preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment Skills Hands-on experience in electrical mechanical and electroplating maintenance Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems Good knowledge of safety regulations and standards in the manufacturing industry Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently or as part of a team Educational Qualifications Minimum Diploma or ITI in Electrical Mechanical or related fields Preferred Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline Other Requirements Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong communication skills in both English and Tamil preferred Willingness to work in shifts if required How to Apply Interested candidates can apply by sending their resume to the following contact details Recruiter Ilakkiya V Contact Number 8754540072 Email hrd12 actplast in Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Provident Fund Work Location In person
