Skilled in system automation, process improvements, and driving efficiency through technology-enabled financial controls. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION Bachelor's degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 45 years of relevant experience in Billing, vendor payments and budget management (preferably in construction/real estate industry). Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, and financial MIS reporting. Familiarity with AP/AR processes, vendor reconciliations, and TDS compliance. Experience in system automation/financial process improvements is an advantage. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Billing & Payments: Construction Payments Approvals PO (Advance and Final Payments)/WO (Advance Payments) Budget reconciliations with Budgeting and Contracts & Procurements team Vendor Ledger Reconciliation (Invoices, Payments and TDS) Co-ordinating with vendors and internal team for resolving billing issues Vendor negotiations (during final bill closure) Maintaining vendor relationships Managing the billing team Ensuring timely processing of payments Budgeting: Assisting departments in updating budgets Aligning budgets numbers in the Financial MIS Uploading & Maintaining Budgets in Tally Prime and ensuring System automation and Process improvement: Implementation of system for AP & AR automation Make processes more system reliant Lead the implementation of technology for ensuring adept internal control system PERSONALITY Problem-solving skills An ability to stick to strict deadlines An ability to prioritize and delegate Good communication and inter personal skills Creative thinking Time Management Hands on approach Attention to detail Professional and hard working SOFTWARE SKILLS Microsoft Office- Excel, Outlook, PPT MAIA is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and does not discriminate anyone on grounds of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability or gender identity.
