YOUR IMPACT

Managing vendor billing, payments, reconciliations, and budgeting processes while ensuring compliance and timely disbursements. Skilled in system automation, process improvements, and driving efficiency through technology-enabled financial controls.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

Bachelor's degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

4–5 years of relevant experience in Billing, vendor payments and budget management (preferably in construction/real estate industry).

Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, and financial MIS reporting.

Familiarity with AP/AR processes, vendor reconciliations, and TDS compliance.

Experience in system automation/financial process improvements is an advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Billing & Payments:

Construction Payments Approvals – PO (Advance and Final Payments)/WO (Advance Payments)

Budget reconciliations with Budgeting and Contracts & Procurements team

Vendor Ledger Reconciliation (Invoices, Payments and TDS)

Co-ordinating with vendors and internal team for resolving billing issues

Vendor negotiations (during final bill closure)

Maintaining vendor relationships

Managing the billing team

Ensuring timely processing of payments

Budgeting:

Assisting departments in updating budgets

Aligning budgets numbers in the Financial MIS

Uploading & Maintaining Budgets in Tally Prime and ensuring

System automation and Process improvement:

Implementation of system for AP & AR automation

Make processes more system reliant

Lead the implementation of technology for ensuring adept internal control system
