We are currently seeking a SCCM ADMIN to join our team in Bengaluru, Karntaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

SCCM admin, Infra, Patching, Deployments, PowerShell, Intune admin - Systems Engineer

Must Have:

Strong skills in SCCM administration, infrastructure management and SCCM client troubleshooting

SCCM patching and deployments

Powershell Scripting

Intune administration

Good To have : Packaging , App-v, Bomgar administration

The Purpose of This Role

This is to play a key role in managing the packaging and distribution function for enterprise. The candidate will be part of the existing team which manages packaging and distribution.

The Value You Deliver

- Develop and manage SCCM, AppV, and Intune infrastructure for the firm
- Package enterprise applications.
- Document and communicate engineering and operational deliverables
- Manage product lifecycle (both hardware and software)
- Assist with the evaluation and engineering of software products and technologies and provide recommendations regarding selection and adoption, backed by rigorous analysis and justification.
- Assist with pilots for new products and technologies, analyze the value and impact from technical perspectives, and effectively communicate results and recommendations.
- Be an active advisor for operational processes and policies mandated by the enterprise.
- Provide operational support on technologies supported by the team like SCCM, AppV, Bomgar, Company portal and Intune.
- Member of 3rd level engineering escalation assist in troubleshooting.
- Work closely with EI support partners to ensure 24x7 availability of the infrastructure we support.

The Skills that are Key to this role

Technical / Behavioral-

- Strong Knowledge of SCCM, App V, and Intune infrastructure.
- Strong hands-on experience in creating PowerShell automation.
- Strong Knowledge in configuring new sites and roles.
- Configuring role-based access
- Good understanding of SQL and experience in report creation using SSRS.
- Configuration manager troubleshooting both server and client-side.
- Strong knowledge in deploying and troubleshooting applications, packages, and Task Sequences.
- Strong knowledge in staging, deploying, and ensuring 100% compliance of endpoint patching.
- Auditing of hardware/software inventory
- Good experience in providing Windows Desktop application deployment solution and support in a large environment using SCCM and Intune.
- Extensive knowledge and/or prior experience with standard software package and patch deployment methodologies, under standard change control processes in large organizations.
- Extensive knowledge of Windows operating system patching and defender updates. Remote management and troubleshooting, asset management, and inventory.
- Strong understanding of enterprise anti-virus solutions, endpoint data protection, and encryption.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, teamwork, and customer service skills.
- Able to work effectively under deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment.

- Experience in supporting 24/7 Operations.

General Expectation

- Must have Good Communication
- Must be ready to work in 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM Shift
- Flexible to work in Client Location GV, Manyata or EGL, Bangalore
- Must be ready to work from office in a Hybrid work environment. Full Remote work is not an option
- Expect Full Return to office from Feb/Mar&apos25
