Designation - Accounts Executive Qualification - B com M com Job Location Ahmedabad joining Immediately Experience - 0-2 years experience in accounting field preferably manufacturing company experience FRESHER Profile Description responsibilities job description - Will know in detail Tally an accounting software Will have full experience in TDS GST and income tax return finalizing attending GST and IT audits and making Salary ESI audits A very good experience in finalizing Pl BL in coordination with CA managing and subordinates with full knowledge of laws and rules of the IT General knowledge and logic is very important in IT returns Punctuality in deadlines of all gov dates Ability to upgrade the system and process for monitory and time benefits Daily Accounting of Purchase and Bank entry and Reconciliation PF-ESIC-PT Payment Upgrade G-drive documents for strong tractability and transparency We are an ISO company with internal audits Detail job will be discussed in interview Reporting structure Reporting to - Manager Position reporting into this role - all accounts people Required Skill - Finalising BL and PL with all laws and rules in mind in coordination with AC and Management for Partnership and PVT Company Trust personal Good skills in getting the work done by subordinates to fulfil all the declines without any problem and for internal audit Basic skills - Should be able to read and understand English No need of fluent spoken English Comfortable on computer to operate Tally word excel email and browsing internet Very comfortable handling android apps on phone Primary internal interaction - All internal departments where accounts is involved Primary External interaction - GST private Consultants Govt departments And some time customers suppliers etc Key Result Areas Internal - meeting all internal and Government deadlines to avoid interest or penalties Guiding management for the best financial decision in routing and in Pl BS Financial planning for future External - coordinating with consultant and audit officers IT GST TDS Evaluation Criteria - Skills in handling people and interacting with people with satisfactory answers and results Meeting deadlines No penalty or interest form any department Innovation and updating of system and process Money saving activist with results Guiding management for money benefits Location of Job - - Bhatta Paldi Ahmedabad Job timings - 10 to 6 Candidate Residence - no preference Salary Offered -18000-20000 negotiable
