About the Role: The FP&A Operations team is responsible for managing the monthly close and forecast processes as well as annual operating plans, working in partnership with business leaders to set budgets, provide strategic analysis, and develop budget vs. actual variance analysis. The team also manages a financial planning system, detailed financial models, data transformations, and data visualization tools - delivering scalable, global finance processes leveraging technology to enable the FP&A team to efficiently support CrowdStrike's rapid growth. Reporting to the VP, Global Business Services based in India, this role will lead the India FP&A Operations Shared Services Center (SSC) team and will be responsible for managing various FP&A processes in the SSC in partnership with Accounting, FP&A, and other key stakeholders. This role will also indirectly report to the VP, FP&A Operations based in the US.
