Job Description - Lead the financial planning and analysis function, ensuring alignment with business and operational goals. - Develop and present financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support decision-making at the executive level. - Partner with sales, service, and fulfilment teams to drive commercial insights and cost optimization. - Deliver business performance reviews with variance analysis and actionable recommendations. - Oversee group-level MIS reporting, budgeting, and long-term planning. - Support strategic projects including new product launches and manufacturing expansion. - Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering accountability and excellence. - Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in all financial reporting processes. The Successful Applicant A successful Director - FP&A should have: - CA or MBA (Tier-1) qualification with 10+ years of relevant experience. - Proven background in FP&A, business finance, or revenue finance within automotive, EV, manufacturing, or FMCG sectors. - Exposure to large-scale operations (5,000+ Cr P&L) or high-growth startup environments. - Expertise in SAP and strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills. - Ability to collaborate with senior leadership and drive data-backed strategic decisions. - Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
