Ltd. / Shara Design Labs We are looking for a PCB Design Head who can lead our design team, train juniors, and manage complete end-to-end hardware development - from concept to production. Responsibilities - Lead schematic design, PCB layout (1-12 layers), DFM/DFT, stack-up design - Train and mentor junior engineers in design, firmware integration, and documentation - Guide R&D, new product development, component selection - Oversee BOM creation, vendor negotiation, and cost optimization - Prepare technical & commercial quotations with accurate costing - Coordinate with fabrication and assembly teams for successful prototype release - Review firmware integration (STM32, ESP32, PIC, etc.) and support debugging - Client-facing technical discussions & project ownership Requirements - 7-15 years experience in PCB Design & Hardware R&D - Strong in KiCad/Altium, high-speed design, power electronics, EMI/EMC - Understanding of firmware, embedded systems & testing procedures - Experience in BOM, sourcing, and local vendor negotiations - Leadership mindset, ability to train and build a strong team Why Join Us? - Lead the complete hardware R&D vertical - Work in a fast-growing electronics design + manufacturing ecosystem - High ownership, leadership role & growth opportunities Apply Now: Company:
