Job Description: Flutter Developer - Cross-Platform Mobile Applications Position: Flutter Developer Location: Remote/On-Site as per requirement Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday - Saturday Salary: Up to 50,000 per month (matching technical roles) About the Role We are seeking an experienced Flutter Developer with 4-5 years of hands-on expertise in building and managing microservice-based applications. The candidate will lead the project and development team, ensuring high-quality delivery within tight timelines. This role requires someone with not just strong Flutter development skills, but also a deep understanding of microservice architecture, API communication, and scalable mobile app solutions. The ideal candidate must be capable of leading the team, problem-solving efficiently, and ensuring smooth project execution. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and deploy Flutter applications integrated with microservice-based backends. • Architect mobile applications that communicate seamlessly with distributed systems and APIs. • Work closely with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL, gRPC services, CDN, Push notifications (FCM/APNs) etc. • Ensure modular, scalable, and maintainable code adhering to microservice principles. • Lead the development team, assign tasks, review code, and maintain project timelines. • Implement secure authentication, session handling, and data flow across microservices. • Optimize application performance, ensure responsiveness, and resolve production-level issues. • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. • Manage deployment processes, CI/CD pipelines, and debugging of microservice-based environments. Required Skills & Experience • 4+ years of professional experience in Flutter/Dart mobile application development. • Strong expertise in Microservices architecture, including: o Service discovery & communication (REST, gRPC, GraphQL). - API Gateway integration. o Authentication & authorization across services (OAuth2, JWT, etc.). - Event-driven architecture & message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.). - Database management across microservices (PostgreSQL, NoSQL). • Proficiency in state management frameworks (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, Redux). • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Bitrise, etc.). • Strong understanding of containerization & orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes). • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for microservice deployment. • Ability to lead a team and manage end-to-end delivery of mobile projects. • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and debugging expertise. • Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
