Summary We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Communication Collaboration Analyst to join our innovative team In this key role you will support Microsoft MS Teams calling manage our cutting-edge Digital Signage environment and administer cellular phones Your technical expertise and excellent communication skills will be crucial in ensuring seamless operations and robust support for our capabilities Key Responsibilities Enhanced Communication By supporting Microsoft Teams calling the analyst will ensure seamless communication within the organization leading to improved collaboration and productivity Effective Information Distribution Managing the Digital Signage environment will enable the efficient distribution of information across the organization ensuring that all employees are well-informed and up to date Expanded Connectivity Administering cellular phones will ensure that employees have reliable and efficient communication tools enhancing their ability to stay connected and perform their tasks effectively What you will have Bachelor s degree in IT Computer Science or related field Experience in supporting MS Teams calling or similar systems Knowledge of
