- Skill - Strong SSIS, SQL and Proficient knowledge in Enrollment module (EDI 837/834) QNXT experience

- We are seeking a talented Senior Technology Lead/ Technology Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building robust and scalable applications.

- Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL and SSIS packages.
- Prior experience in EDI specifically on Enrolment module is mandatory.
- Prior experience in QNXT is an added advantage.
- Excellent Logical/ Critical thinking skills are expected.
- Experience in AB Console is measured.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Perform code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues in applications.
- Lead development efforts and mentor junior developers.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software design, testing, and deployment.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Prior experience in US Healthcare domain is required
