The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building robust and scalable applications.-- Key Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL and SSIS packages.- Prior experience in EDI specifically on Enrolment module is mandatory.- Prior experience in QNXT is an added advantage.- Excellent Logical/ Critical thinking skills are expected.- Experience in AB Console is measured.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.- Perform code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.- Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues in applications.- Lead development efforts and mentor junior developers.- Ensure adherence to best practices in software design, testing, and deployment.- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Prior experience in US Healthcare domain is required
