Job Description Job Title - SAP Enterprise Analytics Business Analyst Career Level - E Experience Range - 10+ years of experience Location: Chennai Job Role Details We are building out teams to face key finance and operations process areas. And, more importantly for this advert, we are building out an enterprise team to build and run the cross-cutting data products and dashboards. Data products like dimensions for business partner, material master, cost centre, profit centre, location and geography; or fact tables for complex multi-process reporting and exports to other data hubs. This team will be a true agile delivery team. The team will work in a transparent and agile way, meaning there will be a published roadmap of analytics products and a constant flow of new work from across the Axial program and AZ. You will be working with the engineering teams and product owners from across the SAP space to define the detailed requirements for enterprise analytics assets (both data and dashboards). What You Will Do - Collaborate with multiple business teams and senior leaders across cross functional groups, to lead the collection of requirements, existing challenges and business opportunities; working with our delivery partners to make sure the Axial program is writing requirements and specifications at scale and pace, to a high quality. You will need to get hands-on too, writing requirements yourself. - Lead the integration of analytics and AI into business processes, where possible automating decision making. - Be engaged in data management work such as: design of an analytics catalogue, promoting data literacy, participating in analytics governance forums and being the champion for citizen data services. - Develop & embed standards and guidelines for the business intelligence lifecycle. - Be responsible for navigation of interim states and solving the problems they generate. - Prepare material, tools, sample data, and processes for Fit-2-Standard workshops. - Contribute to the analytics and AI operating model. - Identify learning and development needs. Essential Qualifications - Strong business analysis experience and knowledge of analytics. - Influencing design and user experience. - Considerable experience and exposure to one or more business processes in Operations/Finance (Example: O2C, R2R, P2P etc.) - Experience in one or more full S/4 HANA implementation cycle/s in Analytics using embedded analytics, SAP Analytics Cloud and understanding of SAP B/W4 HANA or SAP Datasphere. - Strong drive to learn new concepts in business processes, tools and applications. - A strong ability to convey complex information through analytics, catering from Top-Floor to Shop-Floor. Desirable Qualifications - Experience in Business Process Management Tools like BIC or NImbus or Signavio - Regulatory experience, e.g. GxP and SOx. - Familiarity with data science, AI/ML concepts and use cases. - Bio-Tech, Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences experience. - Leading teams of analysts and testers. - UX experience. - Experience in Planning tools like Hyperion, SAP BPC or SAC Planning. - Certifications in SAP, Project Management, Business Intelligence, Data Management, Lean Framework or Finance. - Experience in large scale, complex & multi-year projects.
