We are hiring for an open position of Sales and Service Engineer Permanent Role with CL Micromed Pvt Ltd for the Kerala Pathanamthitta and Kollam locations NOTE Qualification Required B Tech in ECE Fresher Diploma in Electrical Electronics Communication Biomedical About the Company About the company CL Micromed Pvt Ltd is a clinical laboratory diagnostic company active in the Indian market for more than 37 years With a rock-solid foundation a highly skilled professional team and a very strong emphasis on after-sales service support CL Micromed has a wide network of dealers distributors and channel partners all over the country for very focused and extensive market penetration Offices at all the metros and sub-metro cities JOB ROLE To attend the breakdown call of the machines To handle troubleshooting of the machines To take follow-up for AMC CMC of the machines To carry out installation of the machines To give a demonstration of the machine at the customer end Analysis of customer stock on-site inspection and ensuring full support to the customer Payment Follow-up if required NOTE It will be a field travelling job as you have to visit to our client s place to provide service and maintenance of medical equipment REQUIRED SKILLS 1 Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills 2 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet aggressive deadlines As discussed please find below the terms related to the job role you have applied for Kindly go through them carefully and acknowledge Job Nature Location If appointed at the Kerala location you will be responsible for covering the entire region and nearby areas for service-related duties as it is a feild and travelling job Probation Period During your entire probation period you agree not to resign from your position Training Requirement In case your training is scheduled in Delhi which will last for approximately one 1 month you confirm your willingness and comfort with attending this training Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 18 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Provident Fund Work Location In person
