We have built Internship training programs for students in college who are applying to college and also for working professionals trying to switch between companies.

Job skills and Qualifications:
- Graduation/Post-Graduation : minimum 60%
- Strong communication skills
- Critical and out-of-the-box thinking
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work in a target driven environment
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team in assisting the growth of the business by acquiring new business ideas
- Pitch and promote WASYPIRE services to prospective clients
- Career counseling of prospective students and understanding their learning objectives to offer relevant products to them
- Build sales leads through referrals andcold callingto generate sales(monthly target/revenue oriented)
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to plan and oversee new marketing initiatives
- Setup meetings to prepare and deliver pitches to prospective clients
- Follow-up with team members to identify and manage risks
- Work with the team members to identify and manage risks
- Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews.
- Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration, collaborating with the sales team on sales goals, planning and forecasting.
Location: GURUGRAM, HARYANA
Working Days: 6 days&apos work/week(Saturday and Sunday mandatory working)
Timings:11am to 8pm
Probation Period: 6 Months
Target: You will be having certain monthly targets
PACKAGE:
During Probation Period: INR 18,000 per month
(First 10 days Unpaid): As candidate will undergo a 10 Days Unpaid training period.
Post Internship:CTC: 5 LPA (3 LPA + 2 LPA Based on performance)
