Job Description

Job description

- Actively participate on the global IP Quality Team
- Help define and implement a robust quality management plan
- Drive continuous quality improvement throughout the organization
- Reach across the design organization to implement improvements to flows and procedures
- Perform Root-Cause-Analysis and identify Corrective Actions
- Assist design teams in preparation of Failure Analysis reports
- Generate quality metrics and defect metrics. Analyze trends and report to management.
- Define and maintain quality procedures for the design organization
- Maintain quality certifications such ISO9001 and ISO26262
- Monitor and educate the team on correct use of bug tracking systems
- Hold project post-mortem reviews and communicate results
- Support participation in external semiconductor foundry quality programs

Requirements:

- Education : BSEE
- Hands-on experience in one or more areas of analog or digital IC design or verification.
