Role Description

This full-time on-site role in Surat requires an Operations Manager responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining high service standards. The Operations Manager will manage staff schedules, handle inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and address customer inquiries and complaints. Strategic planning, employee training, and fostering a positive work environment are also key responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Experience in Operations Management and Team Leadership
- Strong Organizational and Time Management skills
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Financial Management and Budgeting experience
- Problem-solving and Conflict Resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- Relevant experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
