Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand product requirements and create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Execute manual test cases to identify defects and ensure product quality.
- Perform functional, UI, regression, and exploratory testing across web and mobile applications.
- Report and track defects using tools like JIRA, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to improve testing processes.
- Identify areas for automation and work with automation engineers to enhance test coverage.
- Ensure that software releases meet the highest quality standards before deployment.

Key Skills & Experience:

- 3-4 yearsof experience inmanual testing(web and mobile applications).
- Strong knowledge ofSDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle.
- Experience inwriting test cases, executing test plans, and identifying defects.
- Familiarity withAPI testing tools like Postman(added advantage).
- Experience working withJIRA or other bug tracking tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

- B.E/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent degree in Computer Science or related field.
