Job Description – QA Analyst (Finacle Testing)

Position : QA Analyst – Finacle Application Tester

Location : Chennai (Onsite)

Experience : 4–6 years

Employment Type : Contract-to-Hire (C2H) or Full-time

Notice Period : Immediate to 10 days

Salary : ₹6–10 LPA

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Finacle Application Tester with expertise in Core Banking Products and Finacle 10.x modules. The ideal candidate will have recent, hands-on functional and automation testing experience in Finacle modules, strong knowledge of retail banking processes, and the ability to work directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze functional requirements from BRD documents.
  • Prepare and review test scenarios, test plans, and test cases.
  • Perform manual and automation test execution.
  • Log, track, and manage defects until closure.
  • Manage stakeholders and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Be flexible to travel for client engagements.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in Core Banking Products – CASA, Term Deposits, Loans, Overdrafts, Clearing, Payments & GL.
  • Hands-on experience with Finacle 10.x function menus in current or recent project (within last 2 years).
  • Strong knowledge of functional modules worked.
  • Retail banking domain experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to identify, escalate, and drive issues to resolution.
  • Professional certifications (ISTQB or similar) are a plus.
