We are seeking a skilled IT Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in IT recruitment, demonstrating a deep understanding of the technical landscape and the ability to effectively source, screen, and manage candidates.

Responsibilities

- Source and attract candidates using various recruitment channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Provide regular updates to the hiring team and stakeholders on recruitment progress and market trends.

Skills and Qualifications

- 3-4 years of experience in IT recruitment or related field.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and IT industry trends.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Strong networking skills and ability to engage with potential candidates effectively.
