Job Description

At XACCO, we help students, professionals, and corporates relocating to Paris and Singapore by providing fully furnished, pre-verified housing solutions with end-to-end support. From apartments to shared housing, we make international stays simple, safe, and hassle-free.

Were looking for a proactive Operations Specialist to join our Noida office and support the smooth execution of our housing operations. Youll be at the center of coordinating with landlords, tenants, and internal teams, ensuring every client gets the XACCO experience.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate onboarding of new apartments (contracts, furnishings, utilities, documentation).
- Support tenant management: check-ins, check-outs, and ongoing communication.
- Work with landlords, vendors, and clients to resolve issues quickly.
- Track occupancy, availability, and maintenance schedules.
- Prepare reports on operations, occupancy, and revenue.
- Contribute to process improvements for better efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Handle basic legal and compliance tasks including taxes, regulatory filings, and coordination on legal cases as required.

Requirements:

- 13 years of experience in operations / real estate / hospitality / customer success (motivated freshers may apply).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking ability.
- Problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Excelent communication skills
- Knowledge of French language is a plus.
- Comfort with Excel/Sheets and basic reporting tools.
