About the Role We're looking for a Social Media & Content Manager who can take ownership of how our product shows up online, from planning and coordinating content to ensuring everything goes out on time and performs well. You'll be responsible for researching the right platforms, creating a structured weekly content calendar, coordinating with our content writer, designer, and videographer, and ensuring high-quality posts across all channels. This is a hands-on, growth-oriented role for someone who wants to build strong marketing systems from the ground up, not just post content, but learn how to make it perform. Key Responsibilities Platform Research & Strategy - Evaluate Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and the blog to identify the best channels for our product. - Define posting frequency, tone, and content approach for each platform. - Stay updated on platform trends and bring fresh ideas to the table. Weekly Content Calendar - Create and maintain a weekly content calendar that plans posts, reels, and blogs in advance. - Collaborate with the team to brainstorm ideas aligned with product milestones and campaigns. - Ensure the calendar is clear, consistent, and followed by all contributors. Execution & Coordination - Coordinate with the content writer, designer, and videographer to ensure all assets are ready on time. - Review deliverables for formatting, clarity, SEO alignment, and brand tone. - Schedule and publish posts across platforms, maintaining consistency and deadlines. Engagement & Community Building - Manage engagement across all channels and reply to comments, messages, and mentions. - Participate in relevant community discussions and initiate conversations that grow our audience. - Work toward improving engagement, follower growth, and post performance metrics. Competitor & Trend Research - Track what similar brands or creators are doing to spot patterns and opportunities. - Suggest new content ideas based on what's working in the space. Analytics & Reporting - Monitor weekly and monthly engagement reports. - Identify what's performing well and suggest actionable improvements. Collaboration with Product Team - Stay updated on product updates and releases. - Help translate complex product features or updates into simple, engaging post ideas. Process & Organization - Maintain a live tracker for all posts (planned, in progress, published). - Ensure timely delivery and smooth coordination across the team. Requirements - 13 years of experience managing social media or content coordination for a brand, agency, or startup. - Strong understanding of organic content strategy and social media best practices. - Excellent coordination and organizational skills. - Eye for quality and able to spot typos, design issues, or inconsistencies before posting. - Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow. Good to Have - Basic content writing or editing skills. - Experience creating or editing short-form videos (reels, shorts, YouTube clips). - Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
