The role involves engaging with potential clients to promote the company's industrial products and services, identifying business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities also include providing training sessions, developing effective sales strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals. Qualifications - Diploma/ B-Tech - 2-3 Yrs experience in relevant field - Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their requirements - Proven Sales and Sales & Marketing expertise with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets - Ability to provide client-specific Training and support to foster long-term relationships - Excellent problem-solving abilities and willingness to learn about industrial products - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team - A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred - Experience in industrial products or solutions is a plus
