Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days office, rest field travel & client visits)
Job Description:
We are hiring a passionate Sales Executive for our Solar division in Noida. The role involves regular site visits, client meetings, and closing sales for residential and commercial solar projects. You will be responsible for generating leads, building trust with clients, and driving conversions while representing the company's vision for clean energy.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct site visits across Noida/Delhi NCR for solar assessments.
Meet potential customers, explain solar solutions, and close deals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Achieve monthly sales targets with attractive incentives.
Coordinate with the technical team for proposals and project execution.
Travel extensively for field sales activities.
- Requirements:
- Graduate/12th pass with sales or solar experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for site visits.
- Self-driven, energetic, and target-focused.
- Basic knowledge of solar systems will be an added advantage.
