About the Role This is a product manager role responsible for achieving business goals optimizing profitability overseeing compliance and driving transformation within HL LAP and CF business It involves strategic planning and execution to maximize revenue enhance portfolio growth and ensure risk compliance Primary responsibility of potential candidate will be managing CF deals end to end i e from logging to closure of loan In addition to this candidate will be tasked on various other bank level initiatives to support business and to optimise process It is individual contributor role Details of the Role Department Retail Lending Grade DM M SM Sub-Department Retail Lending- Construction Finance Reporting Business AVP VP SVPI Location Mumbai Reporting Matrix Key Responsibilities Support Construction Finance Business Launch various initiatives to build and maintain a healthy funnel of leads and conversions Work closely with Sales Credit Risk Ops and other teams involved Proposal preparation and internal risk rating Cash flow projections Financial analysis Monitor existing and new to Bank exposures Conduct promoter discussion Conduct Site visit Liaison with vendors involved during transaction Track deal status and act in time bound manner Centre of Excellence - Real Estate Drive various initiatives to tap assets and liability from Real Estate sector Publish regular update to senior management Work closely in multi team environment Compliance and Risk Management Ensure due diligence and compliance in customer acquisition and file submissions Identify red flags and take corrective actions to maintain sourcing quality Customer Experience Ensure prompt service and communication with CF customers Follow up on customer feedback to improve engagement and experience Digital Adoption and Innovation Promote usage of digital tools and mobile apps for lead capture and tracking among the field team Qualifications CA MBA from a recognized institute 2 years of experience in CF Role Proficiencies Balance between credit and sales orientation Proficiency in managing complex client relationships diverse stakeholders Capability to handle pressure and meet deadlines Skill in managing large geographically spread team Strong risk and compliance mindset Adept at communication and interpersonal skills Positive mindset Ownership for task in hand Skills Refer to the About Company Axis Bank is the third largest private sector bank in India The Bank offers the entire spectrum of financial services to customer segments covering Large and Mid-Corporates MSME Agriculture and Retail Businesses The Bank has a large footprint of 4 594 domestic branches including extension counters with 11 333 ATMs 5 710 cash recyclers spread across the country as on 31st March 2021 The Bank has 6 Virtual Centres and has over 1500 Virtual Relationship Managers as on 31st March 2021 The Overseas operations of the Bank are spread over eight international offices with branches at Singapore Dubai at DIFC and Gift City-IBU representative offices at Dhaka Dubai Abu Dhabi Sharjah and an Overseas subsidiary at London UK The international offices focus on Corporate Lending Trade Finance Syndication Investment Banking and Liability Businesses
