Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales & Marketing - RM & Sr Manager. The role involves overseeing and managing sales operations, developing marketing strategies, and building strong customer relationships. Daily tasks include identifying sales opportunities, training and managing the sales team, conducting market research, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. The manager will also be responsible for communicating with stakeholders and ensuring the delivery of high-quality customer service. Qualifications - Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills - Proven Sales and Project Sales Management experience - Ability to train and manage sales teams - Strong strategic thinking and organizational skills - Experience in market research and developing marketing strategies - Engineer with Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Familiarity with the composite manufacturing industry is a plus
