Company DescriptionBosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited is a 100 owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH one of the world s leading global supplier of technology and services offering end-to-end Engineering IT and Business Solutions With over 28 200 associates it s the largest software development center of Bosch outside Germany indicating that it is the Technology Powerhouse of Bosch in India with a global footprint and presence in the US Europe and the Asia Pacific region Experience xc2 xb7 10 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance xc2 xb7 3 years in a leadership role managing testing teams and complex projects xc2 xb7 Strong experience in developing test strategies test plans and managing test execution xc2 xb7 Experience with both manual and automated testing methodologies xc2 xb7 Familiarity with test management tools such as JIRA TestRail or similar xc2 xb7 Experience with automation testing tools like Selenium or similar xc2 xb7 Experience in CI CD pipeline tools like Jenkins Git or similar is a plus Key Responsibilities xc2 xb7 Define and implement the overall testing strategy for projects including functional non-functional automation and performance testing xc2 xb7 Develop detailed test plans including scope objectives timelines and resources xc2 xb7 Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements along with timelines and ensure testing efforts are aligned accordingly xc2 xb7 Lead mentor and manage a team of test engineers providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality testing deliverables xc2 xb7 Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of testing milestones xc2 xb7 Review of test cases ensuring comprehensive test coverage across all aspects of the application xc2 xb7 Manage the testing lifecycle from test design test execution defect tracking and reporting to ensure the product meets quality standards xc2 xb7 Act as the primary point of contact for all test-related activities within the project xc2 xb7 Provide regular updates to stakeholders on test progress risks issues and mitigation plans xc2 xb7 Coordinate with development product management and customers to ensure smooth handoffs and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle xc2 xb7 Identify document and assess risks related to the quality of the product and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies xc2 xb7 Ensure timely and effective resolution of any issues encountered during testing working closely with development teams to address defects and blockers xc2 xb7 Continuously review and refine testing processes to improve efficiency effectiveness and quality xc2 xb7 Stay up-to-date with industry trends and tools related to software testing and quality assurance xc2 xb7 Introduce best practices tools and techniques for improving testing and overall quality assurance xc2 xb7 Define and monitor key performance indicators KPIs for testing efforts xc2 xb7 Generate and communicate comprehensive test reports including coverage defects execution status and other relevant metrics xc2 xb7 Ensure that testing documentation is kept up-to-date and accessible for audit and reference purposes Qualifications Certifications xc2 xb7 Certification in testing e g ISTQB CSTE Soft Skills xc2 xb7 Excellent communication skills both verbal and written xc2 xb7 Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment xc2 xb7 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills xc2 xb7 Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments xc2 xb7 Experience in managing large-scale testing projects especially across distributed teams QualificationsB E B Tech MCAAdditional Information10 years
