We are a leading architectural and design engineering firm specializing in luxurious and highly detailed architectural projects. We are looking for a Senior AutoCAD Drafting Coordinator to supervise and coordinate drafting operations, ensuring precision, compliance, and excellence in all project documentation.

Salary - KD 625-700 (179901-201489 INR approx.)

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the preparation of detailed architectural drawings, ensuring alignment with design intent and project specifications.
- Manage a team of CAD draftsmen, providing guidance, training, and quality control.
- Plan and schedule working drawings phases, ensuring timely completion aligned with project deadlines.
- Review and approve drawings before submission to clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, industry standards, and company guidelines.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to resolve design challenges and optimize drawings.
- Maintain and organize CAD files, templates, and project documentation.
- Implement best practices for CAD drafting to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist in preparing technical documentation and presentations when required.
- Stay updated with the latest CAD software, tools, and industry advancements.

Qualifications

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in architectural drafting and coordination, preferably in high-end or luxury projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant drafting software.
- Strong understanding of architectural detailing, materials, and construction techniques.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage teams effectively while ensuring high-quality standards.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to liaise with architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulatory requirements is a plus.
- Degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
