Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Address employee relations issues and act as a point of contact for employee concerns.
- Administer and oversee performance management systems.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies, labor laws, and regulations.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.
- Drive initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Education:
- UG: Any Graduate.
- Experience: 56 years in an HR generalist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and industry best practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Experience with HR software and tools is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in conflict resolution and organizational development.
