What You’ll Do: - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and local demand patterns. - - Reach out to potential partners such as coworking spaces, BPOs, software companies, and residential communities to establish collaborations with PMC. - - Perform on-field visits and meetings to build and maintain strong business relationships. - - Develop and execute strategies, marketing channels, and promotional campaigns to increase visibility and customer demand. - - Work closely with the growth and operations teams to coordinate outreach and partnership initiatives. - - Monitor performance metrics, analyze outcomes, and prepare partnership reports. Who You Are: - - A graduate in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - - Strong in communication, negotiation, and relationship-building. - - Comfortable with field work and engaging directly with corporate and community partners. - - Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic startup setting. - - Passionate about food, entrepreneurship, and growth marketing. - - Bonus: Prior experience in marketing, outreach, or sales is an added advantage.
