Senior Associate Project Management MRO Job Purpose Support maintenance project execution by coordinating schedules resources and documentation Ensure operational readiness compliance and timely progress tracking for aircraft maintenance activities Key Responsibilities Assist in developing and maintaining maintenance schedules and work orders Track daily progress of maintenance events and escalate delays or deviations Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in AMOS or equivalent systems Participate in planning meetings and track action items Coordinate manpower tools and material availability for scheduled tasks Liaise with stores and procurement for timely resource readiness Maintain resource calendars and assist with shift planning Escalate resource gaps or conflicts to planning leadership Support audit readiness through compliant documentation and data accuracy Coordinate with production teams on task readiness and execution alignment Provide admin logistical support to the project management function Contribute to process improvements and identify inefficiencies Participate in training and stay updated with MRO best practices Perform other duties assigned by the Associate Manager Skills Required Knowledge of aircraft maintenance planning Proficiency in AMOS or MRO systems Strong resource coordination administrative discipline Documentation compliance accuracy Effective communication stakeholder coordination Time management and attention to detail Problem identification and team collaboration Aviation Indeed does not charge any fees for interviews or recruitment from candidates Report any fraudulent incident to info aviationindeed com
