Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive / Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth for our digital marketing services. Key Responsibilities: - Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and networking. - Understand client requirements and pitch suitable digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, Google Ads, etc.). - Prepare and deliver customized proposals and presentations to potential clients. - Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. - Collaborate with the internal team to ensure client expectations are met post-sales. - Maintain and update the sales CRM with lead status, follow-ups, and pipeline progress. - Attend meetings, events, and networking opportunities to promote the agency. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. - 1–3 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in digital marketing or IT services. (Freshers with strong communication and selling skills are welcome.) - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Strong understanding of digital marketing services is a plus. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented. - Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
