Key Responsibilities: 1. Marketing Strategy and Planning: - Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan that supports the organization's business objectives. - Identify market opportunities and threats through comprehensive market analysis and research. - Define brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition for the organization's services and products. 1. Brand Management: - Oversee the development and maintenance of the organization's brand identity. - Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials. - Lead initiatives to enhance brand awareness and reputation. 1. Digital Marketing and Patient Engagement: - Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. - Enhance patient engagement through personalized and targeted communication. - Implement and manage patient relationship management (PRM) systems. 1. Product Marketing: - Lead the marketing efforts for new product launches and service offerings. - Collaborate with product development teams to ensure market needs are met. - Develop marketing materials and sales tools to support product adoption. 1. Market Research and Analytics: - Conduct market research to understand patient needs, preferences, and behaviors. - Analyze marketing performance data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies. - Utilize insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize marketing efforts. 1. Team Leadership and Development: - Build and lead a high-performing marketing team. - Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement. - Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members. 1. Stakeholder Collaboration: - Collaborate with clinical, operational, and executive teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals. - Work with external partners, agencies, and vendors to execute marketing initiatives. - Serve as the primary spokesperson for marketing-related activities. 1. Budget Management: - Develop and manage the marketing budget. - Ensure cost-effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI. - Monitor financial performance and adjust strategies as needed. 1. Regulatory Compliance: - Ensure all marketing activities comply with healthcare regulations and ethical standards. - Stay informed about industry trends, legal requirements, and best practices. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. - Experience: Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry.
